I have never heard about Carol Dweck before this assignment! However I really do like the who idea of praising the process! It makes sense that fixed mindset can hinder someone to make them think that are not good enough to do better. I am interested to learn more about the science behind it and the different findings from all the studies.

Growing up being a percussionist , there were many days that playing the right beats at the right moment was hard. However, our instructors taught us that if we keep practicing we will eventually get it with easy. This is the same concept that Carol Dweck is talking about in her videos.
I plan on using this idea of studying this semester and testing it out myself to see if it helps! I plan on looking more into it and see if there are any more studies that go along with this learning concept.

Personally, I've a big advocate of the "not yet" mindset. It rewards the time and effort that people put forth instead of simply rewarding positive results. By praising the effort and process, we can support other people to grow and learn from their experiences so they can continually learn to improve to get better results in their future endeavors. The growth mindset encourages continual self-improvement, which will help individuals to strive for personal success.
